A 41-year-old woman k/c/o refractory Hypothyroidism came c/o general fatigue, mild diarrhea, anasarca, hair loss, peripheral coldness, and dry skin. She was then evaluated for presence of Malabsorption. Investigations however showed no such evidence. She was being treated with LT4 in order to control Hypothyroidism but the Thyroid levels only improved post Hydrocortisone administration. She was then maintained with weekly IV administration of LT4 for 12-months; post which all her symptoms showed improvement.
