Giant Mandibular Aneurysmal Bone Cyst With Cemento Ossifying Fibroma Presenting as Sarcoma

A12-year-old female presented with a huge jaw swelling which was present since the past three months. The findings were clinically suggestive of Sarcoma. CT Scan showed a destructive mandibular mass and biopsy showed changes suggestive of cemento-ossifying fibroma thus leading to the diagnosis of Giant Mandibular Aneurysmal Bone Cyst With Cemento Ossifying Fibroma.
