A 68-year-old-male was diagnosed with incidental pancreatic cyst on lung cancer screening helical CT. Cyst fluid analysis showed amylase of 1532 and a CEA of less than 200 and thus was diagnosed to be a benign cyst. Post 6 months a follow-up CT showed persistence of the cyst. Repeat investigations showed that findings were consistent with cystic neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas.
