An 85-year-old male came for evaluation of anemia, weight loss, and positive stool occult blood. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy revealed a large mass in the gastric antrum along with gastric outlet obstruction. CT showed a homogeneous submucosal mass of 5 cm x 2.5 cm size. Combining the findings a diagnosis of benign gastric lipoma was made. Both the conditions were treated endoscopically. Histopathology confirmed the presence of Gastric Lipoma.
