Novel Method Using Targeted MRI Detects Cancer At Its Early Stages

Researchers at the Georgia State University Regents have identified a new method to detect cancer in its early stages using a targeted MRI contrast agent that binds to proteins. The newly identified biomarker detects liver metastases and such a finding could have wide-range implications such as effective diagnosis and precision treatment.
